At the core of ONO lies a personal story, a journey that began in my childhood. Amidst the aromas and flavors, a deep love for delicious food.
The restaurant was not merely a location; it was my home, my world, and I knew no other reality.
The passion for the culinary craft ignited during my apprenticeship in kitchens, where each environment provided me an opportunity to unfold myself. In 2020, my journey took a new turn with the acquisition of restaurant ONO. A dream that became a reality but was also challenged by an unexpected closure within two months due to the global challenges of the pandemic.
This period of reflection brought a renewed commitment to passion and innovation deeper than ever before. The reopening was not just an occasion to unlock doors but to open hearts to renewed creativity and an ongoing quest for perfection.
Upon reopening, ONO became a canvas for artistic culinary expression, where I, along with my Sous Chef Stefan Mercera, explored innovative culinary paths. Every dish we present bears the imprint of my personal touch and dedication to working exclusively with the finest ingredients because I believe the essence of good gastronomy begins at the source.
